Hello, I’m Sarah, the founder of Sarah Clein Consultancy and Coaching, and my journey is probably not so different from yours.
Once a high-flying public sector professional, my life was a textbook case of success. But behind the accolades, I was one of those women: worn out, burned out, frustrated, and teetering on the brink. In my early 40s, with over two decades of service in the public sector – degrees, diplomas, a bustling household, and organisational upheaval – I found myself shattered, nearly shattering. I was knackered. There had to be more to life than this, right? More than permanent exhaustion, juggling the demands of family and home, whilst milestones whizzed by me.
I stepped away from public service and dove into entrepreneurship. Along the way, I navigated divorce, single parenthood, and a joyful re-entry into marriage. With each challenge, I harnessed every ounce of my experience to grow, move forward, and flourish.

I founded Sarah Clein Consultancy and Coaching to do the work that ignites my passion. My experiences – both professional and deeply personal ones – culminated in coaching that works for women like us.
Now, having navigated the complex transition out of the public sector and into thriving entrepreneurship in 2014, I dedicate myself to aiding women who stand where I once stood.
This is not just a coaching business; it’s a sanctuary where my previous counselling expertise, coaching experience and life lessons come together, enabling me to support others in their quest for growth and positivity.
